Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your counseling session or psychometric test due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any cancellation charges.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the session fee or psychometric test.

If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee and no refund will be processed.
