Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your counseling session or psychometric test. In such cases, we offer a refund as per our refund policy:

1. If you cancel your counseling session or psychometric test more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.
2. If you cancel your counseling session or psychometric test within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will receive a 50% refund.
3. If you miss your scheduled counseling session or psychometric test without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. If you are not satisfied with the services we provide, you may request a refund within 3 days of the counseling session. We will review your request and issue a refund if we find it appropriate.
5. No refund is applicable on the psychometric test if you have appeared and taken the test.

Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
