• To become a HOTEL MANAGER, a candidate should hold a graduation degree in Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) / B. Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Management/ B.A in Culinary Arts/ B.Sc. in Catering Science and Hotel Management/ PG Diploma in Culinary Arts/ Certificate in Food Production, Patisserie, etc.
• The duration of the course will be of 3 or 4 years.

• During the course, grab as many opportunities for internships or project work as a candidate can. These help the candidate gain insights into the kinds of tasks that can expect to perform in the future.
• The duration of the internship depends on the choice of the candidate.

     Salary/Income of a Chef

      An entry-level chefwith less than a year of experience can expect to earn approximately Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month. A chef with 1 to 4 years of experience can expect to make roughly Rs. 35,000 to 40,000 monthly.
