The entry-level salary is Rs.5 lakhs/year; for experienced film directors, there is no salary bar.

  • To become a FILM DIRECTOR, a candidate should hold a graduation degree BA in Film Direction/ BA. In Cinema Studies / BSc. in Digital Filmmaking / BA (Hons.) in Film and New Media / BA in Film Television and New Media etc., orCertificate Course in Film Direction/ Advanced Diploma in Film Direction/ Post Graduate Diploma in Film Direction.
