• To become a VIDEOGRAPHER, a candidate should graduate with a BA in Film Making/B. Sc. In Film Making/ BA in Film Studies/Diploma in Video Editing, and many more.
• A candidate should have talent, but talent alone cannot guarantee success. In addition, candidates must be disciplined to rehearse and practice to improve their performances.
• The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film Making is a 3-year undergraduate program. 

• During the course, grab as many opportunities for internships or project work as a candidate can. These help the candidate gain insights into the kinds of tasks that can expect to perform in the future. The duration of the internship would be three months.
• Candidates must keep themselves open to prospects in all entertainment media, be it through Television Centers, Camera production teams, film and music video industries, advertising agencies, multimedia, web design companies, and internet portals, to name a few. Doing this will help candidates gain exposure to the vast domain of videography, learn from fellow professionals and seniors, and try to master this art in all its ways.
• Candidates must create and share a portfolio with casting Television Centers, News channels, film and music video industries, etc.
